Requirements for the plate component
For a connection plate, decorative part or custom component, identify the outer contour, holes and machining depths separately. Include the aluminium alloy in your quote request if known. Explaining the intended use helps identify critical surfaces and dimensions.
Critical dimensions and tool access
The 10 mm limit does not mean every geometry can be machined under the same conditions. Narrow pockets, thin walls and workholding are assessed separately. State the required tolerances for assembly dimensions on the drawing and agree the production acceptance criteria before work starts.
